This 9 week program is focused on building strength and size at the same time. You will be able track the weights you use in the gym and there are percentage and RPE based weight prescriptions for each week and set. This program is based of WUP (Weekly Undulating Periodization). It has set days to hit PRs on one rep maxes of both squat and bench. Throughout this program I have added 20lbs to my bench, 50lbs to my squat and 20lbs to my deadlift. A caloric surplus is recommended but not required. You will only run into recovery issues on this program if you're not sleeping well, have a poor diet, not enough gym experience or not using the correctly prescribed weights. This program is for those with 1+ years of consistent weightlifting experience.
