This program is for those who know a thing or 2 about weightlifting but might be kind of new to powerlifting and bodybuilding. If you are someone who wants to increase your bench, squat and deadlift while building muscle at the same time this is for you. I have laid out a 6 week program that will have you training 4 days a week integrotated with DUP (daily undulating periodization) as well as intensity techniques and accessory lifts to add strength and muscle. 0+ years of training experience is perfect for this program, takes some calculations and knowledge but for the most part is self explanatory.
